"My anti-virus has given me a warning about downloading the files?"
This is incredibly frustrating for us as much as you, as our products are exactly what we say they are. The reason this happens is that some anti-virus software and email providers are more strict than others about downloads in emails. Please don't panic, simply email customer service on the email at the bottom, and we will send you the files directly so you can see for yourself that they are just the PDFs you have ordered!
"I can't find the email with the download button?"
If you can't find the download email, then please first check your spam or junk folder as download emails can sometimes end up there. If it is also not in there, then chances are that the email you used doesn't accept incoming emails. Don't worry, we will reply to you and get your products sent over ASAP.
